Shipment was early and [plane was] intact. Customer support was superb in handling my question about the prop shaft. They informed me that it was normal without making me feel like an idiot. They also took the time to make sure I had my Champ set up correctly before I took it out for the maiden flight.

The best thing of all was the service I received from Hobby Zone. Real customer service...what a concept. They actually have a phone that they really answer. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and really want you to enjoy the hobby. I've done business with most of the online RC companies, and Hobby Zone beats them all hands down. They will get all of my future business for aircraft purchases. They actually want my business and have earned it. Thanks guys!

A consistent willingness to help your customers enjoy your products. I get the impression that your customer service representatives are empowered to do whatever it takes to get R/C folks back on the fight line ASAP. The few issues I've shared with HZ have not been catastrophic, but your folks treated them as such and resolved my problem quickly and beyond my expectations. I will keep buying HZ products, and telling other folks about them, based on my experience after the sale.

All their products are quality, always get a live person plus they have a great Tech Dept. All sales people are flyers and know a lot about planes. My favorite almost only hobby store. They keep my 40 planes ready to go as they have all the parts.

I would recommend you mainly because I have over 50 RC aircraft in my collection (wife thinks I'm nuts . . . not so . . . just love the hobby.) But anyway your products are always high in quality. You sell great stuff and I have never had a problem with your company standing behind your products.
