The Enticement is a flat foam profile monoplane with precision and aerobatic flight characteristics. Constructed of genuine 3mm Depron foam, this attractive, easy-to-assemble flat foam model improves upon other similar designs in the market and adds the stability and strength that other models are lacking. The S.E.5a was a fast, maneuverable WWI fighter plane. Together with the Sopwith Camel, the S.E.5a was instrumental in regaining allied air superiority in the summer of 1917 and maintaining it for the rest of the war. Twenty-two squadrons of the RFC and the US Air Corps were flying the S.E.5a by the time of the Armistice.

The Piper Pawnee was one of the first aircraft to be specifically designed and built for agricultural spraying and dusting. The DHC-2 Beaver was designed by de Havilland of Canada for flight in remote wilderness areas of the world. The Beaver was designed to be exceptionally rugged and powerful. This single-engine monoplane could easily be retrofitted with wheels, skis or floats. The short takeoff and landing capabilities made it ideal to access areas that could normally only be reached by boat or foot. The Beaver entered into service in 1948 and quickly established itself by flying to the frozen, remote areas of Canada and Alaska. Despite the fact that production ceased in 1967, many of the DHC-2 Beavers are still flying today to access remote areas for fishermen or island-hopping tourists in the Caribbean.

The DHC-2 Beaver is another exciting opportunity for pilots to experience civilian scale electric flight. The McDonnell Douglas Corporation’s F-15 Eagle was designed to be a tactical fighter to gain and maintain air superiority in aerial combat. The F-15 Eagle was developed from the lessons learned from Vietnam and the need for the United States Air Force to have a dedicated air superiority fighter. The F-15 was delivered into service in the late 1970s and remained in service with the USAF for over twenty years. The F-15 was successful in achieving air superiority through the use of avionics, weapons, speed, and maneuverability. Its electronic systems and weaponry could detect, track, and attack enemy aircraft while the flight control systems would allow one person to effectively perform air-to-air combat.

E-flite has replicated the F-15 Eagle as a sport, scale model. This military fighter model boasts the scale Edwards Air Force Base Safety Chase trim scheme making it a very attractive and highly visible plane. Spend less time building and more time flying—this model comes out of the box fully painted red and silver on white foam with custom decals applied. It even includes retracts.

This high-powered model was designed around the use of two 420 DF 3800 Kv motors to match with the included ducted fan units.  The low wing loading and twin ducted fans allow superior maneuverability and acceleration to perform basic aerobatics.  While this plane is capable of flying a tight flight pattern, it can still be flown at your local park.
